What has been the best part of your exercise rehab program?
The fact that it is injury specific and EARLY. No good for someone like me who won’t wait 4-8 weeks to start rehab (was doing Colvin’s week 10 rehab exercises 2 weeks post-surgery).
Has anything surprised you during your rehab program?
No surprises have rehabbed injuries in the past.
Has the program benefited you in other areas of your life?
General fitness is much better as wasn’t doing anything like this pre-injury. It also allowed him to fix a golf injury as well.
