What has been the best part of your exercise rehab program?
Being able to control my pain when it arises and can keep pain low by being consistent with my exercises.
Has anything surprised you during your rehab program?
When back flared up after doing well, but the exercise helped subside it again.
Has the program benefited you in other areas of your life?
Absolutely, mentally much more equipped to deal with the injury or general life issues.
Every week learning something new and can always bounce fears or frustrations of you and have these issues solved/explained/followed up. “Without your help, I wouldn’t be where I am today”
