What has been the best part of your exercise rehab program?
That it provides a routine & makes me discipline myself to follow the programme. The constant supervision to maintain form and keep motivation high.
Has anything surprised you during your rehab program?
Surprised at the technique or “correct way” to move and be mobile. I did not understand the correct mechanisms of movements before the programme.
Has the program benefited you in other areas of your life?
The body overall does not feel as “stale” as it did pre-injury.
