Guidance to get back to where I need to be

Great working for an independent company who listens to me and progresses my RTW when I’m ready which makes it less stressful

Gives me greater confidence with my knee

Has anything surprised you during your rehab program?

I was expecting to be just using the bike and lifting weights. The program is more exciting, and I’ve learned a lot

Has the program benefited you in other areas of your life?

I’m motivated to continue with the program once I finish and I want to make other positive lifestyle changes
