Job dictionaries

A Job Dictionary is a single document — tailored to your organisation — with information about specific job tasks, requirements for different roles, as well as the physical, cognitive and behavioural demands of each task.

Your Job Dictionary will identify critical physical demands and high-risk areas of a role. You’ll be able to recognise risks associated with job roles and develop strategies to lower that risk accordingly. It’ll map out tools for identifying suitable duties for injured workers in return-to-work plans by providing their medical practitioner with a greater understanding of their job requirements. You will also be able to create job specific pre-employment medicals and ensure that candidates are functionally capable of completing the job role.
